Landings

Landings are where a stair, a loft, or a balcony has to sit square and take load without looking like an afterthought. Edge Welding fabricates steel landings, balcony platforms, and loft rails as one piece of work — structure, rail, and finish from the same shop.

We lay out platforms to the opening, weld and coat in Gypsum, and set them on site so the deck, the rail, and the connection to the stair all line up. Interior loft landings get the same attention as exterior balcony steel: tight miters, consistent picket spacing, and a finish that holds up to mountain weather.
